Fraud prevention
Your land, protected by law and by design.
Practical guides, verification tools and a direct line to investigators. Because trust is not a feature — it is the product.
How to spot a fake title
Check the watermark, embossment, QR verification and cross-check the serial against the national register. A genuine title resolves to an active parcel with a matching proprietor.
Report suspicious activity
Our 24/7 fraud line connects you to the Investigations team. Every report is logged, assigned a case number and tracked through resolution.
Protect your identity
Enable two-factor authentication, device binding and controlled vault sharing. Never share your sign-in credentials or OTP with anyone claiming to be from ArdhiTrust.
Verify a certificate
Scan the QR code or paste the certificate serial into the verifier. The response shows the SHA-256 fingerprint, status and issuing registrar.
Before you transact
Five checks that save every buyer.
- Always verify a certificate serial before paying for land.
- Confirm the registered proprietor matches the seller's ID.
- Check for active cautions, restrictions or charges on the parcel.
- Use the official portal — never send fees to a personal account.
- Report any pressure to rush or bypass the formal process.
Report a suspected fraud
If you suspect a fake title, impersonation or an unauthorised transaction, report it immediately. Include the certificate serial, parcel reference and any contact details you have.
